Product Information & Accuracy 

At COSHQ we use mixture of the genuine version of the associated fragrance to ensure an authentic smell as well as fragrance oils to ensure the fragrance last long - this applies to our fragrance dispensers and car fresheners. 

We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of the product's olfactory features in relation to its respective associated fragrance due to the subjective nature of these features. 

Product packaging, specifications and other details may change without prior notice. 

Ordering & Payment 

 To place an order with COSHQ, customers must provide accurate and complete information, including valid billing and shipping details. By submitting an order, you agree that:

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by COSHQ
• COSHQ reserves the right to cancel or refuse or edit any order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock unavailability, or fraudulent activity.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept credit/debit cards and other payment methods specified on the website.

If there is an issue with your payment, we will contact you via your email provided in your order details to resolve it.

Shipping & Delivery 

We aim to process and ship orders promptly, usually within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. 1 business day for orders made on a weekday (excluding Fridays) and 2 business days for orders made on Friday or Saturday. However, delivery times may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as shipping method, destination and when we receive stock. 

COSHQ is not liable for delays or losses resulting from missing or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering.

Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress. 

Refunds & Returns 

At COSHQ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer refunds at any point before we dispatch your order. If you wish to receive a refund or change your order please message our live chat. 

If we have already dispatched your order, we are not responsible for any refunds nor are we responsible for changing your order details.
