Refund & Return Policy 

We want you to absolutely love your purchase! Therefore, if you are unhappy with your purchase you can return your item to us within 30 days of the original purchase date to which we can offer store credit, a refund, exchange or discount code. This is provided the product is in a reasonable condition.

Returns and refunds DOES NOT apply to COSHQ Fragrance Dispensers (SKU: FD) that have had their sealants removed. Instead, we can issue a discount code or store credit if you are unhappy with your purchase. 

Refunds will be issued using your original payment method. COSHQ reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a refund, exchange or store credit. If the item, does not meet quality control standards, we may refuse a refund, exchange or store credit. 

Damaged or Faulty Items

Physical Damage

If you receive a damaged product, please send the respective order number and name to our customer support team on our live chat and one of our customer support agents will laise with you to help resolve the issue. 

ALL damaged goods must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the goods in the mail. 

Product Expectations Not Met 

At COSHQ we strive to ensure every product we make passes our quality control standards. However, due to the subjectivity of these controls we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for the product not meeting expectations unless the case is severe and warrants a replacement. If you believe, this is the case please message us on our live chat and one of our customer support agents will laise with you to help resolve the issue. 

Items that have been opened by the customer, and simply change their mind will not be granted a refund or exchange under any circumstances.
